We start the new year with a revised version of our inverter software VECTONUM-Embedded VE. Beside some bugfixes and more intuitive handling in some details, we also made functional enhancements to 2 technology modules, which are used in more and more projects:
- SmartDC: the TechModule for easy and safe implementation of an overall control of voltage and power in the HV system can now also be used directly for charging the installed HV battery and dynamically adapts to the currently possible charging current of the battery.
- AFE: When using the VECTOPOWER inverter as ActiveFrontEnd to supply power to the machine or vehicle from public grids, we have integrated the parametric integration of transformers, which makes the commissioning of such systems faster and easier. In this way, we take into account the strongly increasing number of systems with grid connection, which we also round off with compact complete solutions with water-cooled modules consisting of transformer + filter.
