In partnership with Proton Motors, a vehicle with particularly innovative powertrain design was equipped with a DC/DC converter from ARADEX. It is a minibus that was electrified by the Austrian company Magna Steyr. The vehicle serves to combat common reservations that often exist about electric drives. The focus was thus on long range and fast, uncomplicated charging options. Using fuel cell plug-in hybrid technology this was successful. Compared with conventional internal combustion engines, the vehicle scores in terms of efficiency and cleanliness and also has no disadvanages regarding range and time requirement for refueling.
