The corona pandemic is a tough test for most companies, and ARADEX is no exception. Various measures were taken to achieve the company’s goals, including hiring new specialists.
The two newly hired Vice Presidents play an important role in ARADEX’s future planning. These act as a link between the Executive Board and the Sales & Marketing and Development departments, which are now subordinate to the Vice Presidents:
Olaf Hermann, who has previously worked as a sales manager at various automotive suppliers, has taken over the management of sales and marketing. In this role, he will use his experience to provide support for key accounts. Mr. Hermann describes the attraction of his new job as follows: “The reduction of greenhouse gases has meanwhile become extremely important in society. With its products, ARADEX is at the forefront of development and innovation. And the resulting sales potential is at the same time a huge opportunity and an equally great challenge for ARADEX. To be part of this development is a very good feeling. “
Dr. Stefan Hellfeld previously worked as managing director, lecturer and group leader in research and business. At ARADEX, managing hardware and software development is now part of his area of responsibility. Dr. Hellfeld has extensive experience both in technology development and in managing employees and will play a central role in the further development of promising technologies at ARADEX. He sums up his motivation with the following words: What appeals to me about ARADEX is the degree of innovation of the products that are developed together in a team and that are extremely sustainable. This is the only way to keep blue the most important color on our planet! “
In addition, several specialist departments have been reinforced. From autumn, the sales team will have new colleagues who will support the timely processing of increasing customer inquiries. In this way, a quick and competent contact option for customers and interested parties should be ensured even with a continuously growing order volume. Additional employees could also be won for development, who support the team with their knowledge in the upcoming tasks.
