Starting your professional life can be bumpy, even if you have already decided on a degree program and have even successfully completed your studies. Of essential importance for a successful change in the world of work is not only the profession itself, but also the company. Anyone applying to an “unknown” company usually has hardly the opportunity to really determine whether colleagues, corporate culture and lived mentality match their own ideas. On the other hand, if you are already working as a student during your studies, you can thoroughly examine the company in question to see whether satisfactory employment after graduation seems conceivable. This is where ARADEX comes in: We maintain a close partnership, especially with the universities of Ulm and Aalen. In addition to occasional lectures and engagements in selective courses, this also includes supervising students in the form of internships, theses or student work activities. In this way, the students get a realistic view of the activity and the work environment.
