At the turn of the year, ARADEX also implemented a change in quality management: this is now carried out in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. This certification is the most important quality management standard at both national and international level.
The goal is a definition of the defined requirements of quality management, primarily to benefit customers. This is achieved above all by an improved process management, which runs through all divisions.
During the process of certification all in-house processes and potential for improvement were reviewed, identified and the appropriate optimization successfully implemented so that all ARADEX processes now conform to the quality management standard.
