With this year’s colloquium, the Institute for Drive Technology (IAA) presents current development projects and new results from drive technology. The focus: functionality, efficiency as well as conceptual topics for electromobile and stationary applications.
“Functional improvement of mobile machines through electrification” – with this presentation Thomas Vetter explains the future role of “apps” in inverters at the AAKA in Aalen. Thomas Vetter, former CTO of ARADEX AG, is, among other things, a member of the Board of Trustees of Aalen University and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Steinbeis Foundation. Mr. Vetter will speak on the first day of the event at 3 p.m. and will focus on the possibilities that exist in the electrification of the so-called functional drives (pumps, winches, milling machines …) of special vehicles and mobile machines.
