Bachelor thesis “Design of drive trains in e-mobility”

What experience you can gain:
Electric drive solutions offer the possibility of designing them considerably more economically by utilizing their overload capabilities. It is precisely in this field that we see an important success factor for electrification and already offer our customers concrete added value. We primarily serve the markets for commercial vehicles and mobile machinery of all kinds. In this bachelor thesis, you will be working on solutions for the next steps.
Your challenges:
- Collaboration in the analysis of customer requirements for various applications
- Conversion of these analyses into standardized formats that can be mapped to the overload capability of the inverter and electric motor
- Development of software functions that match requirements to selected electric motors and inverters. How this is done can still be coordinated.
Your qualifications:
- Completed basic studies in computer science, electronics, mechatronics or a comparable course of study
- Solution-oriented way of working for subject-specific challenges
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn, commitment and openness to new ideas
- Affinity and basic knowledge of software are helpful
