Lived Networking in the Region! The transformation network for the the so called “Allgäu-Bodensee-Oberschwaben” region (TIM) had established contact with ARADEX through the Eastern Württemberg transformation network and invited them to the New Year’s reception. As part of the New Year’s reception, TIM presents its members with real-life transformation stories from business practice.
Dr. Stefan Hellfeld gratefully accepted the invitation and gave a presentation at the TIM New Year’s reception at Seegut Zeppelin in Friedrichshafen. Around 40 guests from the manufacturing SME sector, mechanical engineering, software and IT services, as well as regional business and innovation promotion, came together to network and discuss current transformation topics.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation by Dr. Stefan Hellfeld from ARADEX AG. In his moderated session, he took the participants on a transformation journey through his own company: a hybrid commissioning of an electrified bulldozer over long distances and under pandemic conditions.
Dr. Stefan Hellfeld demonstrated how ARADEX has strategically and organizationally evolved to respond to changing market demands, technological dynamics, and new customer needs. It became clear that transformation is not a one-time project, but an ongoing process that requires clear goals, the courage to change, and the active involvement of employees.
In the subsequent discussion, key success factors such as leadership, communication, and innovation culture were explored in depth. The open insights from corporate practice provided valuable inspiration for the attendees’ own transformation efforts.
The program was supplemented with additional input from science and industry, including contributions from Fraunhofer IAO and WITTENSTEIN SE.
During the joint dinner, exchanges continued in a relaxed atmosphere. The accompanying marketplace also provided space to present projects, ideas, and collaboration opportunities, and to make new contacts.
