Seats were in short supply during the visit by STEM students from Aalen University of Applied Sciences to ARADEX. The event kicked off with an engaging company presentation by founder Thomas Vetter, featuring real-world applications that ARADEX has already electrified. Martin Kleinlogel and Tobias Wohlfart then provided the students with practical insights: an electric motor test bench, component assembly… A group lunch with discussion rounded out the successful event – a company visit with added value. Added value for both sides: during the event, several students already expressed concrete interest in working at ARADEX.
Through “MINTconnect International,” we bring international STEM students together with regional companies in East Württemberg at an early stage – with the goal of connecting tomorrow’s skilled workers today and countering the shortage of skilled workers in the long term.
The program is implemented by the HOCHSCHULEWIRTSCHAFT Service Center at the Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft e. V. in collaboration with the East Württemberg district group of Südwestmetall, Aalen University, and the Welcome Center East Württemberg.
The initiative is also supported by the Economic Development Agency for the East Württemberg Region (WiRO), which facilitates exciting company visits through the JOB-BUS East Württemberg.
