HY-TTC 30X I/O module

The CANopen-based HY-TTC 30X product family consists of user-friendly and intelligent input/output modules that can be used as flexible control system extensions in mobile applications.

HY-TTC 30X modules are used and controlled in combination with a master control unit that communicates with the slave module via the standardized CANopen® protocol. The central mounting of the master control unit on the machine and the I/O modules near the sensors or actuators make it possible to implement a distributed electronic architecture that reduces assembly time and the cost of cabling.

I/O module in different versions for flexible application areas

Available in five versions

  • Comprises five different variants, all designed to control proportional valves and digital/analog outputs or inputs
  • Differ in their I/O mix to meet the specific I/O requirements of the various mobile machine applications
  • They also offer a wide range of configurable I/Os and enable local current regulation for their PWM outputs
  • Two safety variants are available, which are certified by TÜV Nord according to EN ISO 13849
  • Numerous variants and configuration possibilities enable the control designer to install almost every single I/O

  • Allow the separation of the accessory control from the standard machine control, reducing the cost of standard machine control

Suitable for the toughest operating conditions

  • All I/O modules are protected by a compact aluminum die-cast housing
  • ready-to-run software and electronic data sheet (EDS file)
  • If the master is programmed in CODESYS®, the EDS file can be easily imported into the CODESYS development environment. This makes the setup user-friendly and saves development time.
