Awakening fascination

How do you fascinate young people for technology and natural sciences? Quite simply by letting natural-born curiosity and creativity run loose and inviting independent discovery and invention.
 
For these reasons ARADEX assumes an educational partnership with the Mörike Kindergarten and the Kindergarten St. Konrad, both situated in Lorch. There, children have the opportunity to experiment with the elements and experience the impact. Thus natural science doesn’t simply stay abstract, but becomes vivid and understandable. The joy of experimenting is preserved with the children, independent deduction and investigation are encouraged. ARADEX regularly supports a sponsorship program for career orientation at secondary schools and high schools by offering an internship.
 
In addition ARADEX supports projects that encourages independent technical investigation and experimenting. Every year ARADEX sponsors the teams of the Königin-Katharinen-Stift-Grammar School in Stuttgart and their participation at the LEGO-League . The contest introduces technology and sciences to children and teenagers and sensitizes them for topics in their surroundings.
 
Also on a yearly basis ARADEX awards the TG Teamwork prize for outstanding teamwork at the Technical Grammar School in Schwäbisch Gmünd.
